What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are taken via Paypal. Through Paypal you can pay on most major credit and debit cards, with or without a Paypal account.

Payments can also be taken via Direct Bank Transfer. If you wish to make a bank transfer, please contact us for details.

I don’t have a Paypal account, how can I pay?

You don’t need to have a Paypal account to complete payment. Paypal is also a payment gateway which allows payments to be made on major credit/debit cards without a Paypal account.  There is an option to pay this way when you reach the Paypal page at checkout.

Can you give me more product information?

If you would like more information regarding a product, please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist.

Can I order an item that is Out of Stock?

If you are interested in a size or product that shows on the website “Out of Stock” please contact us. We have an excellent relationship with the brands and will do our very best to get more.

The item I bought is now on sale, can you refund me?

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund an item if its price has been reduced after you have placed the order.

Can I leave items in my shopping cart to reserve them?

If you have an account with us and you are shopping after you have logged in, the items will stay in your shopping bag after you log out. However, please note that this doesn’t mean that the items have been reserved for you. Until you check out, the products are visible to all customers on the site and are still available for purchase by anyone.

Can I reserve an item and buy it later?

We are happy to reserve items for you upon payment of a deposit.  Please contact us should there be something that you would like to reserve.

How do I know that you have received my order?

Once you have checked out, you will receive an order confirmation from us.  You should receive this within 30 minutes.  Should you not receive the confirmation, please kindly check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, please contact us via Email or Live Chat and we will happily confirm and re-send.

Can I change my address after placing an order?

If you have made a mistake with the delivery address, please contact us straight away and we will do our best to amend it for you.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All of our items are beautifully presented in cream and gold tissue gift wrap.  Should you wish for your order to be boxed, there will be an additional charge of £4.00.   Please kindly contact us via Live Chat when placing your order.
